We manufacture machine parts with a precision class of IT7. Our partners have access to a team of professional lathe operators, millers, welders, engineering supervision in the quality department, and a machinery park with ample warehouse space. The company holds several TÜV-approved welding technologies (WPQR). Our machining capabilities include 6 CNC turret lathes (the largest with a spindle passage of Ø65 mm and turning diameter of Ø300 mm) and 2 horizontal milling centers with a machining space of 650 x 650 x 500 mm.
Logistical capabilities include a small high-storage warehouse and a convenient location. Our pallet spaces in the warehouse are designated for finished products for clients who have implemented a just-in-time or kanban system. JODMECH is well-organized logistically to fulfill orders for medium or arbitrarily large batches with significant diversity, as evidenced by our presence in the market since 2002. Since 2014, the company has been TÜV-certified for material traceability. We issue 3.1 certificates according to EN10204 standards. JODMECH has developed and continuously improves its own quality assurance system based on criteria from various ISO standards.
In terms of machining services, JODMECH adheres to strict technical standards such as: 2014/68/EU (PED) for fittings, ISO/TS 22163 (IRIS) for railways, IATF 16949 for automotive, and ISO 13485 for medical devices. This alignment makes us a credible collaborator across a wide range of markets for machine and equipment manufacturers in every industry branch. Quality inspections in the JODMECH Quality Control are conducted using an alternative method (conforming – non-conforming) according to the guidelines of ISO 2859-1. The acceptance level (AQL) and sample sizes determine the sharpness (sensitivity) of the applied acceptance procedure. As a standard practice, we use AQL 2.5, general level II, which generally exceeds the expectations of our clients.
